Become a UMass Five Member and apply for a 6 month, interest free farm share loan through their Sustainability Program.
There’s no hidden cost to you, just the fresh produce every week without the burden of paying for it all up front. Without any interest, it’s an easy way to keep your credit score healthy too.
Farm share loans are eligible up to $800.00. You can apply online, by phone, or in the branch itself.

Health New England Wellness Reimbursement
If you have Health New England Insurance you could receive reimbursement for your CSA Farm Share under the Wellness Reimbursement benefit*.

To submit your fitness reimbursement request online, use our simple Wellness Reimbursement Form by logging into the myHealthNewEngland Member Portal. You will find a link to the form by clicking "Forms" in the left navigation menu.
You also can call Member Services to request a form at (413) 787-4004 or toll-free at (800) 310-2835.
*Not all employer groups offer reimbursement for CSA Farm Shares. Please check your membership materials for details, or contact Member Services if you need more information.

- Maximum reimbursement is $200 individual / $400 family per calendar year

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program
Bardwell Farm 2-Payment Option
Please contact us directly to participate in the 2-Payment Option.
We require 50% down of your selected share upon the CSA Farm Share Form submission. The balance will be collected by a Bardwell Farm Representative on a mutually agreed upon date and must be completed before the Bardwell Farm CSA Farm Share begins. If payment isn't received by June 2021 your CSA share will forfeit and a full refund of the first payment will be issued.
