We understand that sometimes things happen. If you receive farm goods that are damaged upon arrival or go bad prematurely, we want to work with you to find a solution. Here's what to do if you experience an issue with your order:
Document the Issue: Please take clear photos of the product, highlighting the extent of the issue.
Traceability Label: Locate the traceability label on the outside of the case. This label helps us identify the specific shipment and harvest date. Please take a clear photo of this label as well.

Once we receive your information, we will review the issue and contact you. This may include:
Replacement Product: Depending on availability, we may be able to replace the damaged items with fresh produce.
Credit: After we determine the cause of the issue, we may offer a credit for part or the whole product.
Keep & Disposal Recommendations: Please hold the product under refrigeration and return with your next pickup or delivery. We also may advise you on the proper disposal of the product, particularly if it cannot be returned.
Please note: This policy applies to damaged or spoiled produce within 48 hours of receipt. We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival and store it properly to ensure freshness.
